The Raptors will transform into Huskies six times this season

As part of the Toronto Raptors 15th Anniversary celebrations, the Raptors will officially join the list of teams that will feature an NBA Hardwood Classics jersey, more commonly known as a 'throwback jersey', this season.

The Raptors will honour Toronto's basketball history by donning the jerseys of the 1946-47 Toronto Huskies. They will debut them on December 8th against the Minnesota Timberwolves, who very well may wear their 'Pooh Richardson & Christian Laettner Era' duds for the match up. Attendees at that game will receive a Hedo Turkoglu bobblehead wearing the retro uni.

The Raptors will wear these simple, yet classic uniforms for the following 6 home dates:

Minnesota Timberwolves: Tue 12/08/09, 7:00 PM

New Jersey Nets: Fri 12/18/09, 7:00 PM

Miami Heat: Wed 01/27/10, 7:00 PM

Memphis Grizzlies: Wed 02/17/10, 7:00 PM

New York Knicks: Fri 03/05/10, 7:00 PM

Utah Jazz: Wed 03/24/10, 7:00 PM
